This wireless camera has a built-in rechargeable battery and can be used for 2-4 months in standby mode, depending on the number of times the camera is awakened. (Note: It should be fully charged before first use)

Does it use 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi?

The camera does not support 5G WiFi, and outdoor cameras have better wall penetration capabilities in a 2.4G WiFi environment.

If you have a dual-band router, please connect the camera to the 2.4G WiFi network first.
